Fee Schedule*

• $180 for 50 Minute Therapy Session

• $325 for 90 Minute Therapy Session

• No Show/Late Cancel Fee: Full session fee for all missed appointments not canceled 24 hours before session time

• $50 per 15 Minutes/Week for out of session contact (emails, phone calls, consultation, texting, etc.).

• $180 per hour for report writing, preparation of medical records, preparation of summary of medical records, or preparation for court appearances

• $720 for court appearance plus $180 for every hour after the first 4 hours, to include travel and wait time.
